The IHOT scheme

Diana Francis House is a scheme designed to equip five adults between the ages of 18-55, who have a physical, sensory or mild learning disability, with the skills to enable them to move on to future accommodation and a lifestyle of their choice. 

    We aim to:
    Provide short term accommodation for up to two years
    Provide support in daily living skills
    Provide encouragement for independence  
    Provide support in moving-on when appropriate
    Promote tenants self respect by giving choice & control


                            MISSION STATEMENT
 
To provide affordable supported housing which could relieve poverty, homelessness and unsatisfactory housing conditions of people with physical or sensory impairment or a mild learning disability, by enabling,empowering and facilitating independent living.
